With each changing season they put together a lookbook of new titles which I find very useful as I don’t often have time to look through all the pages on the website. You get allocated an account manager to help look after your account, mine is Caroline who is so helpful and always at the end of an email if needed. She will also suggest any new titles to me that she thinks may be of interest. They keep up to date with letting you know when stock is out of stock or when stock has come back in stock and we always get a super speedy delivery often by the next working day! ”
