GREYFRIARS BOBBY (ORION)

Everyone knows the legend of Greyfriar's Bobby, the Skye terrier who belonged to a policeman in Edinburgh over 150 years ago. After his master died, Bobby stayed by the grave, just as loyal to his master in death as he was in life. But there is more to the story, as Richard Brassey shows in this lovely picture book, telling the full story with further elements which are often left out. Filled with warmth and wit, this is a wonderful book to read along with children.
