INTERMEZZO (PB)

Peter and Ivan Koubek are brothers with little in common except the recent death of their father. Peter is a Dublin lawyer – successful and competent, medicating himself to sleep and struggling to manage his relationships with two very different women. Ivan is 22 and a competitive chess player: socially awkward and a loner. Amid his bereavement, Ivan meets Margaret, an older woman emerging from her own turbulent past. For two grieving brothers and the people they love, this is a period of desire, despair and possibility.
